Air Conditioning Tune-Up

The following services are included in our 22-point seasonal air conditioner tune-up:

• Check air filters and installation of client-supplied filters if available.
• Inspection of the condenser coil.
• Record of indoor and outdoor temperatures.
• Inspection of the condensate drain.
• Check of thermostat operation.
• Inspection of proper fuse size and type.
• Inspection and lubrication of condenser coil.
• Inspection and lubrication of evaporative blower motor.
• Check of unit input voltage and current.
• Check of compressor's rated load amperage.
• Inspection of the evaporative coil if accessible.
• Inspection of electrical disconnect (proper fuse size, burnt wire) and all field wiring.
• Testing of all electrical components (connections, motors, capacitors, contactors).
• Inspection of and straightening of any bent fins.
• Inspection of refrigerant piping for damage or leaks.
• Testing of airflow for any hot and cold spots.
• Inspection of ductwork (sizing, air loss).
• Check of the refrigerant system for acid/moisture.
• Check of unit refrigeration pressures, temperatures, and refrigerant charge.
• Check of the indoor air quality products (humidifiers, UV lights, electronic air cleaners, etc.).
• Testing for carbon monoxide.
• Monitor of the complete cooling cycle to ensure proper operation.

We offer a “No Breakdown Guarantee”. If we provide a clean bill of health and you have an issue during that season, we will apply 100% of the cost of the AC tune-up toward any AC repairs.
